By ticking the text-message box on the enquiry form on this site and submitting it. Ticking the box is optional, and agreeing is not a condition of working with Phillip or of any purchase.

What you will receive

Replies and follow-up about the home search you described, questions about your needs and timeline, and appointment scheduling and reminders. Some messages may be sent by an automated AI assistant on Phillip's behalf; it will say so if you ask, and Phillip takes over whenever you want to talk to him directly.

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help
